Shipping
We generally use the United States Post Office or UPS. International orders usually go First Class International. On checkout, the shopping cart will offer you a choice of shipping options. If you would prefer Fedex or some other shipping option that does not come up in your shopping cart, call, write, or fax us to process the order directly. Usually, we ship within 48 hours, but if we are very busy, it could be longer, up to 10 business days. Call or write us if your order must be received by a certain date, and we'll do what we can to fulfill this request.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
If a CD, an audiotape or DVD video breaks or is faulty, it will be replaced at no charge. Products in original condition that do not meet the buyer's expectations may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase or, if the buyer prefers, for a credit, gift certificate, or for other products.
