Bodhichitta, often translated as "awakened heart," refers to an intense desire to alleviate suffering. Ani Pema will teach from the first chapter of The Way of the Bodhisattva, in which the Indian sage Shantideva offers a rhapsody on the wonders of bodhichitta, inspiring us to connect with the very best of ourselves in order to help others do the same.
